Based on the level of fees historically charged by solicitors for these services, It is cost effective to use accountants for these services due to their knowledge of each clients’ tax and financial affairs together with the required expertise in completing the forms for HM Revenue and Customs. We understand the difficulty clients face when dealing with the deceased legal and financial affairs, particularly at a time grief and Stanley Rose Probate Services Limited is here to transfer the personal service displayed by own main accountancy practice to this particular service.

We provide advice and assistance in connection with the entire probate process and can act as professional executors and administrators of the estate.

If we carry out both probate/letters of administration work and estate administration work, we are authorised and regulated by CILEx Regulation for the probate work alone. The administration of estate work will be carried out by our accountancy firm, Stanley Rose Associates Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the ACCA. Nicholas Godsave FCCA is authorised as a CILEX Practitioner (ACCA Probate) and is therefore authorised to provide probate work under the Legal Services Act 2007. Nicholas is supported in this work by certain trained members of the team but supervises the undertaking of all of this work.
